Ingredients
  • 1 can Chef's Choice coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp Chef's Choice panang curry paste
  • 12 oz frozen dumplings or wontons
  • 2 cups baby bok choy, spinach, or broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1" inch ginger, minced
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or agave
  • 2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. In an oven-safe skillet or baking dish, combine the coconut milk, curry paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Whisk thoroughly to combine.
  2. Add your green veggie of choice, then arrange the dumplings in an even layer. Cover with a lid or foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Top the dish with sesame oil, chili oil, green onions, and sesame seeds. Ladle the dumplings with sauce into serving bowls and enjoy!
