Ingredients
Store-bought pizza dough
1 large apple
2 tbsp cinnamon, divided
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ cup + 2 tbsp vegan butter (room temperature)
½ cup Nature's Charm Salted Caramel Sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a medium baking dish. Combine ½ cup vegan butter with 1 tbsp cinnamon and ⅓ cup brown sugar.
Peel and very finely dice the apples. Melt the butter in a medium pan on medium heat. Add the apples and cinnamon. Add ¼ cup water and cover. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the apples soften, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and chill.
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to ½" thick rectangle. Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly over the dough. Cover with cinnamon apples. Drizzle ½ the salted caramel sauce over the apples. Slice the rectangle into 9 even strips. Roll up each one and place them into the baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool. Drizzle more salted caramel sauce on top if desired then serve.
