- 1 frozen banana
- 6 Medijool dates, pitted
- 2 cups almond milk
- 6 ice cubes
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Make this even healthier by adding ½ cup frozen spinach and/or 2 Tbsp chia seeds.
