Creamy, light and refreshing Raw Vegan Pineapple Mango sorbet. Only 3 ingredients!

Serves: 1-2 servings
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  1. In a high powered blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately as soft serve or freeze for 2-3 hours for scoop-able sorbet.
*May be made without coconut water, but won't be as easy to blend. Use store bought coconut water for more convenience. (Won't be raw)
